We offer a wide range of yoga techniques to help you find that state of balance and relaxation, both physically, mentally and emotionally.
Many and varied studies support the multiple benefits we obtain thanks to the yoga practice, from improvement in physical disorders (insomnia, migraines, digestive, intestinal, circulatory, respiratory system alterations), as well as in mental health (exploration and management of emotions, self-regulation of anxiety), improvement in intellectual results (attention, memory, concentration), corporal aesthetics, philosophical nature (self-knowledge).
We also offer occasional workshops, both for travellers who, after their trip, want to complete their experience and deepen their journey through yoga and meditation, and for small groups on request.
